"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently moved to Franklin and don’t have in-unit laundry. This laundromat is always exceptionally clean and has plenty of machines. I love that they have a variety of sizes to accommodate all load sizes. The washers and dryers are quick and efficient so I can do 2 weeks worth of laundry in an hour! Additionally, the staff is attentive and strives to create the best customer experience possible! I had an issue with one of the machines, and the staff was quick to send me a refund for more than what I had put into the machine and assured me they would fix the machine! They also have free Wi-Fi and plenty of seating so I can work while I wait :)"
